“I’m not here to fit into an existing framework, but to change the rules.” The CEO of Tuqqi is leading a revolution in workplace management.

Lital Golan’s career grew out of the world of finance. As a certified public accountant with a master’s degree and extensive experience as a CFO in startups, she quickly realized that numbers are only the result. “What truly drives companies forward are the people, the vision, and the bold decisions made along the way,” she explains.

Over the years, Golan has become an expert in leading complex financial moves, raising capital, and reviving companies from crises. “I don’t see challenges as obstacles – I see them as opportunities for growth and development,” she states.

This mindset led her to Tuqqi, a groundbreaking super app that is redefining how organizations manage information, processes, and communication, turning challenges into achievements and complexity into smart simplicity. “I’m not looking for easy solutions – I’m looking for challenges that turn into a winning vision.”

“When your key people leave everything behind out of duty, your responsibility is to ensure that when they return, they find a stronger company.”

Golan stepped into the CEO role at a critical moment, in the aftermath of the war. “Yiftach Yaakov and Shay Hod, the owners of the I Argento fund that invests in the company, gave me a real opportunity to lead,” she shares. “They believed in my ability to take a company in a challenging state and develop a plan for a new future. I am not the kind of person who disappoints – when I am entrusted with something, I do everything to justify that trust.”

The war impacted the company as key personnel left to fight. “At that moment, it was clear to me that I was here not just to sustain Tuqqi, but to turn it into a leading force in the market,” she emphasizes. “I took on this role to expand operations, introduce the product to new markets, and make Tuqqi an indispensable tool for any organization.”

“The business world demands flexibility, speed, and data-driven decision-making.”

Under Golan’s leadership, Tuqqi offers much more than just an organizational management system. “We are a platform that connects people, knowledge, and processes, making every decision in an organization precise and data-based,” she explains. “Today, organizations cannot afford wasted information, cumbersome processes, or a lack of clarity.”

Instead of wasting hours searching for information and coordinating endlessly, the system enables organizations to work smarter and more efficiently. “I see it in the field,” she says. “Companies realize that things can be done differently. Employees understand, for the first time, that they have real control over organizational knowledge. Processes become synchronized, transparent, and precise.” According to her, “In a world where companies must be agile and flexible, Tuqqi is not a luxury – it’s a necessity.”

“I don’t want good employees – I want leaders.”

Golan’s management approach is based on three core principles: vision, determination, and responsibility. “I don’t believe in hierarchical management, but in empowerment,” she explains. “I give the people under me real responsibility, encourage initiative, and ensure that their successes are recognized.”

Beyond that, Golan believes in complete transparency. “Everyone knows.”

Reflecting on her past roles and her current position, Golan says, “I don’t expect special treatment, I expect results. At the end of the day, in the business world, when you bring value, people recognize it.”

“Success is not given, it is taken.”

Her message to the next generation of leadership is clear: “Don’t wait for someone to give you a place – take it. Don’t be afraid to demand what you deserve, don’t be afraid to fail, and don’t let anyone make you diminish yourself.”

Finally, Golan sums up her worldview on balancing career and family. “Balance is not a mathematical formula of 50-50, but rather smart management of priorities. There are times when work requires me to be fully committed, and there are moments when family is the center. I believe it’s not about choosing between career and personal life, but about creating a system that allows you to excel in both, without guilt and without unnecessary compromises.
